Apple Cranberry Cobbler

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon Fustini's Cara Cara Vanilla balsamic
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 6-8 apples, peeled and sliced thin
- 2 cups cranberries
Topping
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened

1/2 teaspoon Fustini’s Blood Orange olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a large skillet and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place apple mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle topping over. Bake in the oven until golden brown and bubbly - 30 to 40 minutes.
Topping
- Mix all ingredients together just until they become crumbly. Do not over mix.
