Satisfying yet delicate, this salad transcends seasons and never goes out of style.

Ingredients
-
2 tablespoons Fustini’s Cranberry Pear balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cup mixed greens
- 1 avocado, diced or sliced
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped (or 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved)
Directions
Whisk together Cranberry Pear balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper to create the dressing. Set aside.
- Combine mixed greens and avocado and toss with dressing. Divide among 4 plates and garnish with sunflower seeds and egg.
