Baked Brie with Peaches

- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Peach Bourbon jam
- 1 teaspoon Harwood Gold Horseradish Maple Mustard
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large ripe peach, peeled and diced
- 1 Brie round, packed in a wooden box
- Assorted crackers

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together jam, mustard, salt and pepper. Gently stir in peaches until they are coated. Unwrap the Brie wheel, trim and discard the rind from the top. Return the cheese wheel to the wooden box bottom and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Spoon peach mixture over top and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Carefully transfer the box to a platter and serve with crackers.
