Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pita rounds on a baking sheet and spread top of each with Olive Bruschetta Spread. Top pitas with tomatoes, spinach, olives, mushrooms, feta cheese Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Drizzle with each round with Gremolata olive oil. Bake 12-15 minutes until crisp around the edges. Cut and serve.
