Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
- 1-2 tablespoons Fustini's Basil Crush olive oil
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Iron Fish vinegar
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly brush a 9x13 baking dish with olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine vinegar, honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley. Mix well. Pour 1/2 of the honey mixture over the chicken and brush to cover.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn the chicken over and brush with the remaining honey mustard mixture. Continue baking until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, about 10 minutes more. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Recipe Note
Substitute your favorite herb-infused olive oil. A great recipe to grill and use the sauce to baste. Adapted from allrecipes.com
