Ingredients

1/4 cup Fustini’s SELECT Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus extra for greasing the pan
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup Fustini’s Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9"x9" baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil and sugar until combined. Stir in Raspberry Balsamic, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, and baking powder. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in dark chocolate chunks.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake 25 minutes, or until edges are dry and just pulling away from the sides.
- Cool before slicing and enjoy.
Recipe Note
Any fruit balsamic works if you want to experiment with flavor.
For a playful Halloween touch, drizzle with white chocolate or sprinkle with candy decorations.
