Buffalo Cauliflower Kebabs

6 tablespoons Fustini's Cayenne Crush olive oil (or Peperoncino Garlic Crush)

1/2 cup Farmstyle Sriracha
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into large florets
- 4 stalks of celery, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
- 1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
- 1 large orange bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- blue cheese dressing for serving

- In a large bowl, whisk olive oil and sriracha until combined. Add cauliflower, celery, and peppers, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Thread the cauliflower, celery and peppers on the skewers. Reserve any remaining sauce in the bowl.
- Preheat the grill to medium-hight. Grill kebabs for 3 minutes, turning halfway. Continue cooking, brushing kebabs with reserved sauce for 3-4 minutes more until the cauliflower is tender and slightly charred.
- Transfer kebabs to a platter and drizzle with dressing before serving.
