Directions
- Preheat a grill to high heat. In a large bowl, mix together ground meat, egg, panko, balsamic, and seasonings. Divide the mixture into 12 portions. Form each portion into a flat patty. Grill each patty until done (internal temperature reaches 165 degrees). Remove from heat.
- Drizzle the cut side of each bun with a little olive oil. Reduce grill heat to medium and place buns, cut side down for 2-3 minutes until toasted. Remove from heat and place a patty inside each bun pairing. Serve with your favorite burger toppings.
