- 1-quart strawberries
- 8-ounce cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Blood Orange olive oil
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Fustini's Raspberry balsamic
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
Directions
- Core out the strawberries ¾, of the way down and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, olive oil, powdered sugar, and Fustini's balsamic. Scoop the mixture into a piping bag with a decorative tip and pipe it into the hollowed-out strawberries. Finish by sprinkling the graham cracker crumbles over the filled tops of the strawberries.
