Chicken Vegetable Skewers

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic, garlic powder, and grilling seasoning and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add bell peppers and chicken and, using tongs, toss until coated.
2. Thread chicken and bell peppers onto skewers. Heat a large grill pan (or preheat an outdoor grill) over medium heat. Add skewers to grill pan and cook until chicken is cooked through and peppers are tender, 4 minutes per side. Remove from pan. Plate skewers and serve.
