Citrus Olive Oil Cake

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease the bottom of your 9 inch springform pan and line bottom with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine your Blood Orange Olive Oil, Meyer Lemon Olive Oil, eggs, and milk.

3. Add in the dry cake mix to create your batter.Pour batter into cake pan and bake for 55-60 minutes.
4. Let cake cool and dust with powdered sugar for decoration.
5. Slice and enjoy with your favorite fruit or ice cream.
