Blue Cheese Dressing
Directions
- Place lettuce wedges on plates and drizzle with dressing. Top each wedge with bacon, tomatoes, blue cheese, and onion.
- While the bacon is grilling, whisk together ingredients until blended. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
