Cranberry Orange Shrub with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberries
- 5 oz. honey
- 375 ml Fustini's Cara Cara Vanilla balsamic
- 2 quarts seltzer or prossecco
- Several sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 fresh oranges, sliced for garnish
- 1 cup frozen cranberries, for garnish
- 5 cups ice

- In a medium-size saucepan, bring honey and cranberries to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Store in refrigerator until ready to make the shrub. Combine cranberry honey mixture, balsamic, seltzer, rosemary, frozen cranberries, and orange slices in a large pitcher, stir well. Add ice to fill.
