Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Tuscan Herb olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend, divided
- Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic

- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, 1 tablespoon of spices, salt and pepper. Place potatoes in the basket of an air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Shake basket and stir potatoes and cook until potatoes are golden and tender, 8-10 minutes more.
- In a small dish, combine the remaining spice blend with sour cream and balsamic. Serve with crispy potato halves.
Recipe Note
