Fustini’s Herbs de Provence Olive Oil and Pomegranate Balsamic create a luxurious base for this colorful dip, filled with chopped dried fruit, pistachios, herbs, and a touch of citrus zest. ½ cup Fustini’s Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
1 tablespoon dried cranberries, finely chopped
1 tablespoon dried apricots finely chopped
2 tablespoons pistachios, finely chopped
⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed or grated
A handful of rosemary leaves, finely chopped
A handful of sage leaves, finely chopped
2 teaspoons of Fustini’s Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
Combine all ingredients in a shallow, wide bowl or divide between individual dipping bowls. Enjoy immediately with crusty baguette slices or focaccia.
