Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Fustini's Sage & Wild Mushroom olive oil
- ½ cup Red Apple balsamic vinegar
- 15-20 pound fresh turkey
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine Fustini's Sage and Wild Mushroom Olive Oil and Red Apple Balsamic. Inject this mixture throughout the turkey and roast turkey according to directions on turkey. Salt and pepper turkey surface. While turkey is roasting, continually baste turkey with equal parts of the Sage &, Wild Mushroom olive oil and Red Apple balsamic vinegar.
