Garlic Peach Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Fustini's Peach Balsamic
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 cup Fustini's Garlic olive oil
- 2 pork tenderloins
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, pour over pork and allow marinating for 4 - 12 hours. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove meat from marinade, place on shallow baking sheet and roast about 30 minutes or until thermometer registers 145 for pork (or 165 for chicken.) Meat may also be grilled.
Recipe Note
Substitute 12 skin-on, bone in chicken thighs.
