Head to the Mediterranean with inspiration in this recipe from Fustini's Oils & Vinegars. This Greek Lamb with Mint Flatbread incorporates a fresh citrus flavor thanks to the Meyer Lemon olive oil, as well as a savory take with Garlic olive oil.
In processor, blend mint, parsley, Meyer Lemon olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and garlic clove.
In nonstick skillet, cook lamb and cumin in a little garlic oil over medium-high, 7 minutes, season. Top flatbread with yogurt, pesto mixture and lamb.
