In a small bowl pour olive oils over feta and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Grill corn over high heat until kernels just begin to brown, remove and cover to allow the corn to steam itself.
While the corn steams, dice the tomato, cut the feta into similar-sized pieces, and place in a large bowl. Cut the kernels off the corn cob and combine them in a large bowl with the tomatoes, and cheese. Add the balsamic, basil and season to taste before serving.
