Luscious Lemon Cookies

Ingredients

    • 1 (17.5 ounce) package sugar cookie mix

    • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

    • 1/4 cup Meyer Lemon Olive Oil

    • 1 egg

    • 1/2 cup cream cheese

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 large lemon (zest entire lemon and get 2 T of lemon juice as well)

    Directions

    1. Combine, drop onto into balls on a sheet tray and bake in a 350 oven 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
