It's the classic for a reason! Highlight season's best tomatoes, creamy fresh mozzarella, and Fustini's Basil Crush Olive Oil, for that garden fresh taste! We like to add Tuscan Spice Blend for a little extra excitement, but you can omit if preferred.

Fustini’s Pizza Dough Mix

5-6 slices of fresh tomato - we like in-season heirlooms best, but any ripe and flavorful variety will work

4 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil – chiffonade

2 teaspoons Tuscan Spice Blend, optional

Fustini’s Riserva Balsamic Vinegar, for the finishing drizzle

2-3 Tbsp pizza sauce (optional - omit for a more traditional pizza)
Directions
Prepare the pizza dough according to package instructions:
Pour mix in large bowl, add yeast packet and stir well. Add warm water & olive oil and mix until dough comes together.
Turn dough onto floured surface and knead 8-10 times to make dough smooth and elastic.
Lightly oil a large bowl, place dough ball in the bowl and turn to coat in oil. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 425F
Shape into one large pizza or two small pizzas, then drizzle with Basil Crush Olive Oil (or optional pizza sauce) and top with Tuscan Spice Blend, tomato slices, and fresh mozzarella. Fustini’s Tip: Keep toppings to a single layer to avoid uneven cooking.
Cook for 15-17 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
Drizzle with Riserva Balsamic Vinegar just before enjoying!
