Whisk vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seed together in a large bowl, stir in cucumbers, radish and onion. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.

We use English cukes and eliminate the onion and radishes to make sandwich pickles. I’ve made 4 batches in the 2 months since I found the recipe. 5 stars from my husband!
