Cool off with this refreshing watermelon sorbet, bursting with juicy sweetness and a hint of mint—summer in every spoonful.

Ingredients

6 cups cubed seedless watermelon

2 tablespoons Watermelon Mint Balsamic Vinegar

1 cup white sugar

1 cup fruity herbal tea

fresh lime juice (optional)
Directions
Place water and sugar in a small pot. Bring to a simmer and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Place watermelon, balsamic, and syrup in the bowl of a blender and puree until smooth.Line a 7x11 metal cake pan with plastic wrap, letting it hang over the edges. Pour in the watermelon mixture.
Place in freezer until solid, at least 6 hours.Turn the block of watermelon ice onto a cutting board and break the block into chunks with a fork or knife.
Place blocks in the blender and blend again until smooth. Scoop and serve!

- Add a splash of vodka
- Serve in a bowl or add to a glass of soda water
- Pour into popsicle molds for a portable treat
