Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Fustini’s Gremolata olive oil
- 1/2 cup Fustini’s Herbs De Provence olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Cayenne Crush olive oil
- 1 small bunch thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1.5 lbs green olives

- In a small saucepan, heat all ingredients until oil just begins to bubble. Take off heat and allow to cool slightly. Place olives in a jar and pour oil over until they are completely submersed. Let cool, cover and set in a cool place in your kitchen to marinate for 1-2 weeks for best results.
