Ingredients
- 10 oz yellow squash, sliced thick on bias
- 10 oz zucchini squash, sliced thick on bias
- 2 Tbsp Fustini’s Garlic Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Fustini’s Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Fustini’s 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp black pepper

- Light the grill and gather all mise en place. In a large mixing bowl combine oils, vinegars and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix ingredients well until all combined. In a bowl add squash and zucchini and add enough marinade until well coated. Let sit until ready to cook. Place squashes on grill and cook both side for about a minute or two depending on how thick your vegetables are. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
