Michigan Apple Poultry Marinade
This easy, flavorful marinade recipe makes enough for 3 pounds of meat.
Ingredients

¾ cup Michigan Apple Balsamic Vinegar

6 Tablespoons Herbs de Provence Olive Oil

3 teaspoons lemon juice

3 Tablespoons honey

1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt

1 ½ teaspoons black pepper
Directions
Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl
Pour marinade into a bag and add meat. Close bag and make sure the meat is fully coated.
Marinate meat for 1-2 hours in the fridge and then cook as desired.
