6 whole roasted red peppers, cut into 3/4"x5" strips

fresh basil leaves

11 slices of cooked bacon, sliced into thirds

12 oz ciliegine mozzarellalla

2 tablespoons Fustini's Basil Crush olive oil

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Top pepper strips with basil, bacon and mozzarella - if cheese is too big, cut in 1/2 - divided evenly. Roll pepper around the filling and secure with a wooden pick or skewer. Arrange on a platter and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
