Ingredients

• 1 cup tomatoes, medium dice
• 1/4 cup cucumber, small dice
• 1/4 red onion, minced
• 2 tablespoons red pepper, minced
• 1 teaspoon basil, chiffonade
• 1 teaspoon parsley, leaves
• 1 tablespoon green onions, thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon chives, 1-inch slice
• 1/4 cup mozzarella pearls, fresh
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
• 2 tablespoons Fustini’s Garlic olive oil
• 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
• 2 tablespoons black pepper, ground
• As needed, toasted baguette, sliced
