Peach, Bacon and Gouda Sliders

- 8 pretzel bun sliders
- 8 oz gouda cheese, sliced into 16 pieces
- 8 slices bacon, halved
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 3 tablespoons Fustini's Basil Crush olive oil

- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Drizzle olive oil on the cut side of each bun. Place cut side down and grill pretzel top and bottoms until slightly charred.
- Turn the bread over to toast the outsides. Place a piece of gouda on each half to melt while the outsides toast. Place a slice of bacon and some slices of peach on the bottom half of each bun. After 2-3 minutes remove from heat &, place top of bun over the peaches and serve.
