Peach Basil Shrub

Ingredients

    • 1 ½ cups peach slices

    • 1 cup cold water

    • ½ cup sugar

    • 2 sprigs sweet basil

    Directions

      1. Bring all ingredients to a boil, reduce the heat, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, strain, and cool.

      1. Combine simple syrup and peach balsamic, then top with prosecco.

      2. For a mocktail, top with sparkling water. 🙂
