Preheat oven to 450 F. Spread out flatbread and brush with olive oil. Spread goat cheese on top, followed by peach slices, figs (if using) and prosciutto. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 10-15 minutes (as package directions recommend). When sides are brown and cheese is melted, remove from heat. Top with basil and drizzle with fig balsamic.
