Ingredients
- 2 peaches, pitted and diced
- 2 nectarines, pitted and diced
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 chile pepper (Serrano, Jalapeno - depending on heat)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, diced

1 tablespoon Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil

2 tablespoons Fustini's Jalapeno Lime balsamic

1 tablespoon Fustini's Peach balsamic
- salt to taste
Directions
- Combine peaches, nectarine, tomatoes, chile, onion and cilantro in a large bowl. Gently toss together. Add avocados.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamics and salt. Pour sauce over salsa mixture and stir to combine.
Recipe Note
Serve with tortilla chips. Also great as a topping for grilled chicken or pork.
