Pork Tacos with Spicy Mango Slaw

Name: Pork Tacos with Spicy Mango Slaw
Ingredients: 2 cups cooked pulled pork; 2 tablespoons Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil; 1 tablespoon Fustini's Mango balsamic; 6-8 tortilla shells (flour or corn); Cilantro for garnish; 2 cups cabbage, red and or green, shredded; 1 carrot, shredded; 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped; 1/2 jalapeno, seeded, finely diced; Juice from 1/2 a lime; 1/2 cup fresh mango, small chunks; 3/4 cup mayonnaise; 1 tablespoon Fustini's Mango balsamic; 1 tablespoon Farmstyle Sriracha

Ingredients

2 cups cooked pulled pork
2 tablespoons Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil
1 tablespoon Fustini's Mango balsamic
6-8 tortilla shells (flour or corn)
Cilantro for garnish

2 cups cabbage, red and or green, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
1/2 jalapeno, seeded, finely diced
Juice from 1/2 a lime
1/2 cup fresh mango, small chunks
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Fustini's Mango balsamic
1 tablespoon Farmstyle Sriracha

Directions

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet. Add cooked pork to heat through. Deglaze with a splash of Mango balsamic. To assemble, place pork in a tortilla, top with Spicy Mango Slaw and garnish with cilantro
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
