Pumpkin Pizza Bites
Ingredients

1 bag Fustini's Quick Rise Pizza Dough

5 Tbsp. Fustini's Olive Oil

6 oz. of sliced pepperoni (about 36 slices)

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6 "sticks" (stem of a dried chile, cinnamon stick, pretzel, etc.)

1 Tbsp. Tuscan spice blend
Directions
Pour pizza mix in a large bowl, add yeast packet and stir well. Add warm water & olive oil and mix until dough comes together. Turn dough onto floured surface and knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Lightly oil a large bowl, place a dough ball in the bowl and turn to coat in oil. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
Once dough has risen, divide dough into 6 balls & roll each ball out to about ½" thick.
Place 3 pieces of pepperoni on the dough, then 1Tbsp of mozzarella cheese, and top with 3 more pieces of pepperoni. Pinch the edges together and roll the dough between your hands to make a ball of dough.
Cut 18 strips of kitchen twine (3 strips per pumpkin) at about 6" each. Lay them on top of each other, intersecting in the middle to make a wheel. Place dough centered over where the twine intersects. Tie each piece of twine in a knot on top of the dough, lightly pressing into the dough, but not pulling on the dough. Repeat this process with all 3 pieces of kitchen twine on all 6 balls of dough.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
Top each ball of dough with Fustini's olive oil, Tuscan spice blend, and your stick of choice for the stem!
