Simplest Stir-Fried Vegetables

- 2-3 tablespoons Fustini's Aji Verde Crush olive oil
- 3 carrots, cut into 1/2-inch sticks
- 1 cup radishes, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup asparagus
- 1 cup broccoli
- salt and pepper to taste

- Warm the olive oil in a wok or large non-stick skillet over high heat. Add all vegetables to the pan except broccoli. Cook on high heat until slightly tender and starting to brown about 5-8 minutes. Add broccoli and cook an additional 2-5 minutes or until it is tender and browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
