Ingredients
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 5 ½ teaspoons Fustini’s Tuscan Herb olive oil
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz smoked gouda cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup green onionsHeat oven to 350 degrees.

- In a medium bowl, mix gouda, cream cheese, mayo, olive oil, sour cream, and bacon until well blended, reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon and of green onions for garnish. Stir in bacon and green onions, put the mixture into an oven-safe bowl and bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and top with the remaining bacon and green onions and serve with warm bread, tortilla chips, or crackers.
