Sparkling Strawberry Limeade

Ingredients
- 1 qt strawberries
- zest and juice of 3 limes
- ¼ cup Fustini's Elderflower balsamic
- ¼ cup Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil
- ½ cup honey
- 1 qt sparkling water
- 2 cups ice
Directions
- In a blender, puré,e the strawberries with lime juice and zest, balsamic, olive oil, and honey. Add puré,e to a pitcher along with sparkling water and ice. Mix well, taste for adjustments and serve.
