Spicy 1000 Island Dressing

Dressings and Vinaigrettes
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Iron Fish Honey vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Fustini's Cayenne Crush olive oil
- 1 tablespoon shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to use. Will keep for up to 1 week.
