• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Iron Fish Honey vinegar
• 2 teaspoons Fustini's Cayenne Crush olive oil
• 1 tablespoon shallot, minced
• 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
• 1 tablespoon honey
