Spicy Honey Garlic Marinade
Use this simple, delicious recipe on any of your favorite proteins! We love the way Iron Fish Honey Vinegar and Pesto Olive Oil enhance chicken breast, pork chops, and firm-flesh fish like swordfish. Remember to reserve a little of the marinade so you can brush it on during (and after!) cooking.

This is a marinade recipe you can use a hundred different ways! Makes enough for 1lb of protein, so be sure to increase as needed. You can keep this marinade for up to two weeks in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature and mix well before using.
Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Fustini's Iron Fish Honey Vinegar

3 Tablespoons Fustini’s Peperoncino Garlic Crush Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients by shaking vigorously in a sealed glass jar or whisking until emulsified.
Reserve ¼ of your mixture to brush on while cooking and/or after cooking.
Depending on your protein, marinade for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. The more delicate your protein, the less time it will need.
During or after cooking, brush or drizzle reserved marinade onto your protein for the best flavor!
