Fustini’s Pizza Dough Mix
3 Tablespoons Fustini's Garlic olive oil
⅓ cup pizza sauce
¼ cup diced sweet peppers
¼ cup diced yellow onion
8 ounces cooked crumbled spicy Italian sausage
1 Tablespoon Garlic Rub spice blend
2 cups shredded mozzarella
Cayenne Crush olive oil, for the final drizzle of pure heat (to taste, proceed with caution!)
Pour pizza dough mix in large bowl, add included yeast packet and stir well. Add warm water & olive oil and mix until dough comes together.
Turn dough onto floured surface and knead 8-10 times to make dough smooth and elastic.
Lightly oil a large bowl, place dough ball in the bowl and turn to coat in oil. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 425F
Shape into one large pizza or two small pizzas, then add pizza sauce, seasoning, onions, peppers, cheese, and sausage.
Cook for 15-17 minutes, until edges are golden brown. Top with fresh basil before serving. Drizzle with Cayenne Crush if you love heat!
For a spicier pie, use Peperoncino Garlic Crush olive oil instead of Garlic olive oil when making your pizza dough!
