Place spinach in a large bowl, mix in strawberries, onions, and cucumbers. Pour Lemon Vinaigrette over spinach mix. Toss well then sprinkle with toasted almonds.
In small bowl mix poppy seeds, Fustini&rsquo,s Meyer Lemon Olive Oil, Fustini&rsquo,s Sicilian Balsamic Vinegar, sugar, and lemon zest, then whisk until well blended.
