Strawberry Balsamic Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb. farfalle
- 1/4 cup Fustini's 18 Year Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup Feta, crumbled
- 2 cups strawberries, quartered
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup almonds, slivered, toasted for garnish

Directions
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook farfalle according to package directions until al dente. Drain, then transfer to a large serving bowl. To the bowl, add feta, strawberries and spinach. Season generously with salt and pepper and toss to combine. Drizzle with balsamic and garnish with almonds.
