- 1 cup leftover stuffing
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Sage and Wild Mushroom olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic clove
- 24 button mushroom caps
Directions
- Combine ingredients and stuff into 24 button mushroom caps, top with more parmesan and olive oil. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
