Heat oven to 400. Take a sliced baguette and spread on a baking sheet. Drizzle with Fustini's SELECT olive Oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
In a medium bowl, combine tomato, red onion and chiffonade basil. Add Basil olive oil and mix well. Place some of the mixture on each toasted crostini. Garnish with Pyramid flake salt and a drizzle of Riserva Balsamic.
