Truffle Marinated Mushrooms

Directions

1. Heat Fustini's SELECT olive oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and sauté, until golden, about 5 minutes.
2. Discard garlic. Increase heat to medium and add mushrooms. Sauté,, stirring often, until mushrooms are golden, about 4 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cool and transfer to a container, cover and chill until cold. Before serving, drain mushrooms and skewer on toothpicks.
