Directions
- Place feta, cream cheese, sour cream, and 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning in the bowl of a food processor, and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, parsley, and remaining seasoning before serving. Serve with grilled pita or pita chips for dipping.

Substitute your favorite herb-infused olive oil, such as Herbs de Provence, Tuscan Herb, Rosemary, or Basil Crush.
