Try substituting Herbs of Naples as a variation on the original recipe.
½ cup turkey drippings
½ cup all purpose flour
2 Tablespoons Fustini’s 18 Year Traditional balsamic vinegar
2-3 cups turkey or chicken stock
Heat turkey drippings in a pan over medium-high heat.
Whisk in flour gradually and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add Fustini’s balsamic vinegar and stir.
Add turkey or chicken stock until desired consistency is reached.
