Ingredients
- 12 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered if large
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 ounces mozzarella balls, halved or cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn if large
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Basil Crush olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's 18 Year Traditional balsamic vinegar
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, blueberries and mozzarella balls. Toss with Fustini's olive oil and 18 year balsamic. Garnish with fresh basil and ground pepper to taste.
Recipe Note
Use skewers for an easy & colorful appetizer. Instead of Mozz balls, buy slices & use a small star cookie cutter to make white stars.
