Preheat the oven to 400. Brush olive oil over the surface of the crust. Par-bake in prepared oven 5-7 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a sauté, pan. Add onions and sauté, for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add pepper and continue cooking an additional 4 minutes. Turn off heat and deglaze the pan with the Iron Fish Honey vinegar. Remove from pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and goat cheese. Add salt and pepper and whisk until combined. Add to the same pan as the onions/peppers and cook eggs until just set.
Removed par-cooked crust from oven. Top with sausage, onions/peppers, eggs and cheese. Return to the oven for 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Remove from oven, garnish with green onion and serve.
