Ingredients
- 6 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Iron Fish Honey vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Fustini’s Basil Crush olive oil
Directions
- Divide tomatoes among 8 plates and layer with mozzarella. Tuck a few basil leaves into each salad. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together Fustini&rsquo,s vinegar and Fustini&rsquo,s Basil olive oil and drizzle over tomatoes and cheese.
